What are the standard parts included?

It generally contains the following 12 types of parts:

1. Bolt: A type of standard part composed of the head and the extruder screw (cylinder with inch thread), which needs to cooperate with the nut to tighten and connect two parts with buried holes . This type of connection is called a bolted connection. If the nut is unscrewed from the bolt, the two parts can be separated, so the bolt connection belongs to the detachable connection.

2. Stud: There is no top of the head, only a type of standard part with external threads on both ends. When the pulley is connected, one end of it must be screwed into the part with the inner threaded hole, the other end goes over the part with the buried hole, and then the nut is screwed on, even if the two parts are tightened and connected as a whole. This type of connection is called stud connection, and the copper spool is also a detachable connection. The key is suitable for places where one of the connected parts is relatively thick, the specified structure is compact, or it is not suitable for bolt connection due to frequent disassembly and assembly.

3. Screws: It is also a type of standard parts produced by the head and the extruder screw. According to the application field, it can be divided into three categories: equipment screws, set screws and special main purpose screws. The equipment screw is mainly used for a tightening connection between a part with a threaded hole of a set screw and a part with a buried hole, without the need for nuts to cooperate with each other (this type of connection is called a screw connection, and it also belongs to a detachable connection; also It can cooperate with the nut to tighten the connection between two parts with buried holes.) The set screw is mainly used to fix the relative position of the two parts. Unique main purpose screws such as hook screws are used for lifting parts.

4. Nuts: with internal threaded holes, generally in the shape of a flat hexagonal column, but also in the shape of a flat column or a flat column. They are matched with bolts, aluminum nuts or equipment screws to tighten and connect two parts to make them become a whole.
