1. First clean off the sludge on the surface of the stainless steel bolts, use the center gun to kill the center of the section, then install a twist drill with a diameter of 6-8mm with a hand electric drill, and drill the hole at the center of the section, paying attention to the hole To drill through. After the hole is drilled through, remove the small twist drill, replace the twist drill with a diameter of 16mm, and expand and drill the hole of the broken bolt again.
2. Take the welding wire with a diameter of 3.2mm or less, select a small and medium current in the drill hole of the broken stainless steel bolt, carry out surfacing welding from the inside to the outside, and take half of the total length of the broken bolt at the gradual position of the surfacing welding. When gradually surfacing, the arc should not be too long to prevent the surface of the broken bolt from being burnt through. After surfacing to the upper end face of the broken bolt, surfacing again a cylinder with a diameter of 14-16mm and a height of 8-10mm.
3. After the surfacing is finished, hit the end face with a hammer to cause the broken stainless steel bolt to vibrate along its radial direction. Because of the heat generated by the previous electric isolation and the subsequent cooling, coupled with the vibration at this moment, the broken bolt and the external thread of the fuselage will be loosened.
4. Carefully observe the stainless steel bolts. When you find that a small amount of rust is exposed from the fracture surface after beating, you can take the M18 bolt sleeve, put it on the top of the surfacing column and weld the two together.
5. After welding, use a torx wrench cover while it is slightly cold, and shake it back and forth on the nut. You can also tap the end face of the nut with a two-handed hammer while shaking back and forth, so that the broken bolt can be removed.
6. After removing the broken bolt, use a suitable wire hammer to produce and process the wire mouth in the sound card frame to remove the rust and other dirt in the hole.
