Method for surface treatment of non-standard bolts

In the production process of non-standard bolts, it is very important to do a good job of surface treatment, so what is the method of surface treatment in the production of non-standard bolts? Now let's get to know each other.
1. Mechanical plating: By coating metal particles and cold welding the coating to the surface of the product, it affects the surface of the product.
2. Electroplating: The electroplating parts are immersed in an aqueous solution containing the deposited metal compound, and the electroplating metal is deposited on the component by passing an electric current through the electroplating tank. General electroplating is galvanized, copper, nickel, chromium, copper-nickel alloy, etc., sometimes black (blue), phosphating, etc.
3. Hot-dip galvanizing: The carbon steel parts are immersed in a molten pool with a temperature of about 510°C. As a result, the zinc-iron alloy on the surface of the steel part gradually becomes the passive zinc on the outer surface of the product. Hot dip aluminum plating is a similar process.
Therefore, non-standard bolts need to choose the appropriate surface treatment method according to the actual situation to ensure their good performance.
