What problems are prone to occur when creating fasteners

We all know that for the processing and manufacturing of any kind of mechanical parts, including high-strength fasteners, only on the basis of ensuring quality can we better improve productivity and ensure production benefits. In the process of manufacturing and remanufacturing of each kind of parts, some relatively easy problems will appear. What the professionals of fastener manufacturers want to say is that only by avoiding these problems well can the quality of production be improved. Guaranteed. Here, we will briefly introduce the problems that are more likely to occur when creating fasteners.
When we are building high-strength screws, we sometimes find that white residues appear on such screws, and these residues are phosphides. Then the reason for the occurrence of such a substance is that the high-strength screw is not cleaned with acid cleaning agent during the manufacturing process, and the rinsing tank is not inspected, so such production problems may also occur.
For the production of large-size fasteners, it is generally necessary to go through the production process of quenching with polymer aqueous solution, but if it is to use alkaline cleaning agent before quenching, the large-size fasteners will be cleaned afterwards. We will find that there is rust inside the fastener. The fastener manufacturer believes that the solution to this problem is to change the rinsing liquid to ensure that the fastener will not rust when it is not in use.
