How to prevent moisture and rust from stainless steel bolts

Dec 04, 2021 View: 734

1. Use impregnating varnish that does not contain oxidizing components, such as epoxy urethane or unmodified epoxy-based impregnating varnish, and apply it to the surface of the stud bolt. Use paint that does not contain volatile acids. Use solvent-free paint as much as possible for vibrating machinery.

2. When high-strength fastener manufacturers use the melamine dipping varnish, the curing temperature and curing time should be adjusted. The curing temperature should be slightly higher than 130°C (such as 135°C) and the curing time should be greater than 180min, and it is necessary to strictly implement the process. Especially in the high temperature and humid season, the rotary vibrating screen is based on the concept of anti-rust. The regular paint monotonous (curing) moments in the paint factory's samples are not necessarily abundant, and the motor has a detailed internal shape.

3. The anti-corrosion treatment of stainless steel surface refers to the use of various methods to apply a protective layer on the metal surface. Its function is to isolate the metal from the corrosive environment to prevent the occurrence of the corrosion process or reduce the contact of the corrosive medium with the metal surface, and achieve the purpose of preventing or reducing corrosion.
