The mechanical properties will change greatly after solid solution. Our company found that the tensile strength drops directly from 700 to about 350Mpa, and a tensile test is used. The machine test found that the bolts were not easily broken, but were elongated. But the magnetism disappeared. Therefore, the solid solution method can be used where the magnetic requirements are higher and the tensile strength requirements are lower.
