1. After the stainless steel is cold-headed and cold-rolled, its molecular arrangement changes to form micro-magnetism, but this is only a physical property, and the chemical property remains unchanged; generally speaking, the greater the deformation, the stronger the magnetism.

2.304 stainless steel is a common material in stainless steel, with a density of 7.93g/cm3. It is also called 18/8 stainless steel in the industry. It has high temperature resistance of 800 degrees, good processing performance and strong toughness. It is widely used in industry and furniture decoration industry and food and medical treatment. industry;

3. Stainless steel bolts are commonly used stainless steels, which are widely used to manufacture equipment and machine parts that require good comprehensive performance (corrosion resistance and forming). In order to maintain the inherent corrosion resistance of stainless steel, stainless steel needs to contain more than 18% chromium. Containing more than 8% nickel, 304 stainless steel is a grade of stainless steel produced according to the American ASTM standard.

How to deal with non-magnetic screws according to customer requirements? Generally, high-strength fasteners require 304 screw non-magnetic to be demagnetized by solid solution. The mechanical properties will change greatly after solid solution. Our company found that the tensile strength drops directly from 700 to about 350Mpa, and a tensile test is used. The machine test found that the bolts were not easily broken, but were elongated. But the magnetism disappeared. Therefore, the solid solution method can be used where the magnetic requirements are higher and the tensile strength requirements are lower.
